Ivan Soldo

Long long way too go, but his coming along alright considering, don't mind him on the list as a back up Ruck at this point

But we could have grabbed James Stewart or even Xavier Richards for virtually nix. Both would be better than what we're selecting from currently.

He blew up really badly and was invisible for over an hour. Got 40% TOG. Looks like he was off for over an hour. Might have been getting chopped up.

We were a man down for most of the game.

I hope to see him play more seniors this year. Even next week is ok. Keep the acid on him. But he's not running hard enough.

Maybe he got full body cramp like the Camel did that day on the field!!!!

Anyone know whats up with Soldo?

he hurt his hip down @ Beaconsfield before the bye, looked like a knee or broken leg from where I was but he bloody jogged off.

Later revealed he has just jarred / jammed up his hip, vision was on RFC site, looked horrid

Was doing some running at training last week so hopefully just giving him the extra week and back this week?

He said @ 3121 that it was about 70/30 whether he played Saturday just gone , a certainty for Preston this Sunday

He was as gassed as I've seen a player, craig. He knows where he's at now. Once he's over the hip it's laps.

Soldo not ready yet. Neither is Chol, but, time to roll the dice. Play Chol . We are going down regardless. Nothing to lose.
A desperate need.

Can we upgrade Chol after weve upgraded Stengle?

The cupboard is bare. Shouldn't even be on the list

Still has time. He performed better than Elton with less game time when he last played. Not saying much but considering it was his first couple of games he did ok. Also he was elevated rookie listed player so has cost little. Reckon he'll get one more year.

Big Ivan is only a "baby" in AFL terms, still a lot of improvement in him yet. I think he's still only 21, most big blokes don't start to hit their straps until 25 or so.

If that's the case, good news for our 22yo Nank
