Apparently Soldo only kicked 2.

Apparently the VFL reporter Gillette confused him for Brandon wood (57) 186 cm a couple of times.

Lol only about 15cm difference between the 2

He definitely kicked at least 3. I saw them.

What makes things interesting is that if Soldo does come on and show and develop into a competent ruck, his trade value becomes a pick inside 50.

It's a rort, no one wans to develop rucks so bringing them via the rookie list is the best way. Look what did for Nan's Crevice, it was a steal.

No way you should be able to get a former U18 All Australian Ruck with a pick in the 40's. I'm all for throwing this big lump in and making him better.

Nan's Crevice

Leysy laughed hehe

sure it wasnt Miles CT? :hihi

The new jumpers can make the numbers a little hard to see, but there's a slight difference in vertical aptitude between the two.

Unless Miles was riding Soldo's boot on the way through.

He was hovering around Soldo's feet all day.

Brings to mind something I've been thinking about today.

I'm coming down from the country for the game this week and will stop in at Punt Road to watch the seconds.
I'm sure I will have difficulty in recognising the players, particularly the new ones.
Think I will have to print out a copy of the names and numbers when the VFL side is picked.
Do the club offer copies of team lists to supporters?

Would have thought it's a good way for the members to get more involved with the players (and club) if you know who they are while watching.
Print a couple of hundred copies and leave them in the store with a sign on the gate and club entrance alerting members.

Maybe I can do it myself. IIRC it cost me less than $20 to print 200 copies of A5, black on yellow paper.

Can anyone comment: Are team lists available?

Should just wear same numbers as listed on Senior list on website would have thought RT?

The RFC site has all the jumper numbers. Choose Players and you have 3 tabs, one for seniors, one for rookies and one for VFL.

We have till 2pm to elevate him (or any other rookie). We should know by just after 2pm he is he to debut.

Cutout was 2 pm today if they were to play Saturday, we can elevate someone at midnight tonight but they couldnt play till Rd 4

Looked great, even dominated in limited pre season game.
Reports from VFL watchers are positive.

Why would you not bring this guy in for Elton?

If nothing else it is good list management if Nanks goes down.

Doesn't matter CT.

If a non watching keyboard warrior say 2 then that's what it is!

That's how Social Forums work.

Get with the program dude!!!

I've taken on Leysy's reason for Elton's being preferred to Soldo, TM. The running. Having watched Elton pretty closely his AFL role and seen quite a bit of Junior I'm certain Bryan got this right at the time. Elton gets over more lawn and quicker.

There's an outside chance the keyboard warrior was standing near Coburg at the time.

Pass. We haven't got 30 years to teach him the game. Wouldn't get a game for lower plenty
Delist him and his cousin

Got to be a better key forward option than Morris or second ruck than Grigg.
