Alastair Clarkson suffers from small man's syndrome. Sawn-off, bad tempered little bag of sh!t who has a long line of these incidents, not only exclusive to journalists asking silly questions. Needs a good kick up his dwarf arse.

He also famously punched a hole in the MCG coaches box wall last year in a game against Collingwood and the next day told a 19-year-old umpire's adviser to f--- off when acting as a runner for his son's under-nine team.

On a side note, found it amusing in 2009 when Clarkson abused Lloyd for his hit on Sewell. What a hypocrite.

Clarkson is an idiot. Bite your tongue. He gets these questions because of his idiotic and enraged responses. Watch Dimma and you will see a decent media performer. He was asked a similar question about melbourne and talked them up and said the coaches were predicting a hard physical game. The journalists respect that and they always have a laugh at the end of the conference if you notice rather than calling each other school yard names.

Matt Thomson just has a voice and way that would get under your skin.

I remember when he had that poll on SEN saying should Richmond have a FTF?
Getting opposition supporters to ring up and put sh!t on our club.

These are the questions btw

He tries to rile up people and he knew he'd get a bite from Clarko and get his name up in lights.
 
Good on Clarko. He said what I am sure many others wanted to say.

I would make statue of the man and put it on my front lawn if he says the same thing to Maclure.
 
Treat people poorly they won't respect you. Not the greatest questions but easily not the worst.
 
Thomas is a *smile* head they were pathetic questions to ask fair dinkum what sort of answer would he expect from an AFL coach.

Another attention seeking headline grabbing sensationalist of the highest order used to turn everything into a big deal on SEN i couldnt stand listening to him.

I find it odd that people defend Clarkson because Thompson asked him a stupid question. Almost every interview has stupid questions. Imagine if Abbott or Gillard called a reporter a *smile* head because they were asked a stupid question.
 
Clarkson's clearly getting played with. He aint a hero.

Oh, yeah. Thompson (don't even know who he is) did ask stupid questions, but he got what he wanted: to have Clarkson sucked in so they could have a laugh about him again. Won't be the last time.

Or better yet, imagine if a reporter called them that when they didn't answer any question but waffled a reply that had nothing to do with the question. ;D

Yep. Reckon the media celebrity went in to deliberately bait Clarko with garbage because he knew he'd get a reaction. At least Clarko has the decency to laugh at his own stupidity and admit he needs to deal with the journo crap better.
