WTF he is a masculine man who has been totally placed in a position of guilty until proven innocent. This is why I will vote NO to the Voice referenda.
Under British common law Habeus Corpus rules...innocent until proven guilty. It is an advancement on Tribal Law. The Voice or in reality Tribal Law should never be allowed into our legal and justice system. Everyone is equal under the law how it is now. We dont need to turn our Legal system into Tribal Kangaroo Courts. Clarkson was unjustly dealt with and has suffered immeasurable damage.

Not really. I didnt go into the criminal behavior of the person doing the investigation into the accusations against Clarkson. Why? because that individual is afforded the right to defend himself in a court of Law. unlike Clarkson. Nor Tony Armstrongs exuberance to publicly release information that slandered a fine upstanding human being like Clarkson. Why is there NO investigation into the public humiliation of Clarkson?
I dont think the Bow was drawn anywhere near long enough. Its convenient for the AFL to let Clarkson swing until after the Voice Vote.

I think you need to read up on what the Voice actually is. A lot of conspiracy theory type misinformation in that lot.
As to what the Voice to Parliament has to do with an AFL investigation into alleged racist behaviors is, as IanG said, a very long bow to draw.

BTW, would it all be ok if Clarkson wasn't masculine?

Points taken. We agree to disagree on the political agenda of the Fabian Socialists.

Would not matter at all if he was feminine. It does seem to bother some though that dislike Masculine Men. There is nothing at all wrong with a Masculine man.
100% masculine man is perfectly OK. If someone wants to be feminine that is their choice.

How about terra nullas? Same load of rubbish as the supposed ‘equality’ in our legal system. You know nothing about tribal law. It has more compassion built in than the everyday brutality white people practice.

I study history. A lot of massaging of the truth it that statement. What happened to the little hairy people of the Murray? How come they were rounded up and executed by different tribes? You can't be selective in historical facts. Name a better legal system on the planet? I will never live under tribal law. I don't agree with it and I find our system while not perfect certainly one of the best systems in the world. I respect your right to have and hold your views. I wish more indigenous people who really need help would get help. Administration and dispersement of funds is a real issue. I am all for giving more support to indigenous communities as long as the support gets to those in real need. At the moment it is not. That to me is a much more important issue.

Strange days.
Those who know him swear that he is not that man.
Yet he has been tarrred and feathered with no right of response.
He may be a prick. Who knows but strange that he has no right of response or access to allegations made against him.

He has had a right of response, to the AFL enquiry set up to handle this issue.

But has he seen the allegations and transcripts?

Not defending him but he is guilty by association at this stage.

What did happen to the little hairy people of the Murray? And how do you think you know they were massacred?

Also - any legal system that didn’t count aboriginal people as human until 1966, and suspends the racial discrimination act so John Howard can win an election and doesn’t lock up a jizzed up cop for shooting and killing a kid threatening him with a small pair of scissors can go *smile* itself.

Edit - where’s the massaging? Point it out and then look at your statement about little hairy people and then think about it.
