Hmmm, think I've done my dough there - six off Ogilvy

Not even close JB, still in with a heck of a chance......

Thought I'd drop in to see what the predictions were and where we all stood at the halfway mark........

Well, just goes to show what I know about the game and what good walking the fairways of tourneys over the years here on a couple of dozen or more occasions during practice rounds has done for my ability to prognosticate ...........

Day and Woods are both in great shape to play a major role in the finish, great last 9 by Tiger today, regardless of what ya think about him as a humanbeing, he's one helluva golfer.

Would love to see either Day or Og's be the first Aussie to win a Greenie.................... one thing I can guara :hihintee you is this ...... it'll NEVER be Robert Allenby, absolutely choked there today on the 18th when all he needed was a par from the fairway to make the cut ......... my guess would be Col gave him the wrong club ...... :hihi

No one in here ????....surprised by that ....

This one could still go in any one of about 6 directions, with Scotty looking our "most likely" now....talk about some major moving so far today, thought after Tiger got to the lead it was all over Red rover, but now he's dropped a couple since then and its wide open, should be a heck of a finish here now........ all on the Back 9, lets see who can handle the pressure best now.

Schwartzel was blessed - chipped in on one, holed out from 100 yards on three and nailing putts on the last 4 holes.

Day is a serious talent with no fear, Scott putted well for once. Great camaraderie too. Good signs for the other majors this year.

great effort but we are lucky there are 3 other majors because i think we are simply cursed at this one..

Great tourney for the Aussies. Were stiff that the South African played so well over the last four holes, but full credit to him to make those putts under the pressure he had.

Rory McIlroy's final round was akin to Greg Norman's in 1996. He was 4 shots clear and ended up about 8 shots behind the winner. I wonder how that will affect him?

Agree that mickelson has more than a fighting chance. Especially with him recent back in form.

Gotta love the masters. Great tournament. As always leysy will have a punt on this event guided by a little system he uses that saw him throw up a 200/1 winner on this thread a couple of years back (Cabrera).

This year sees him punt on -

Rose - $40
Baddeley - $70
Sabbatini- $120
Yang - $140

Good luck All.

Stop, please stop. You're killing me :rotfl. Oh well, you can always fall back on that 200/1 shot of a few years ago...stuff of legends. Yep, the day Leysy actually tipped a winner. :rofl

Gotta tip your hat to birdies on the last 4 to win. How about Luke Donald's effort on the last!!

Almost had it with my McIlroy tip, almost....

Yep the 2nd shot was a beauty from next to the bunker and then to hole his third. :clap

One of the best sporting events in the world the Masters. Is a lifelong dream to go there.

Well done to the Aussie boys - Scott, Day & Ogilvy played out of there skin. The winner had some early luck & then played brilliantly over the concluding holes.

Did anyone on here jag the 130/1 winner. At that price it would certainly get the profits ahead for a long long time to come if someone did.

I'd have to see the ticket to believe anyone that said they backed him .... no way in Hades would you have backed this bloke with monopoly money and a crystal ball.

Fantastic event, bezt since Jack in '86 as far as excitement went ........ haven't seen that many runs at a major in my life...hell, when Van Pelt made that Eagle I was waiting for Norman to appear and throw his hat into the ring, every man and his mudda seemed to be in with a shot.

To good the winner, can't knock a bloke who birdies the last 4 at Augusta under any circumstances, incredible Golf all day, riveting last 5 hours.

Great stuff our 3 blokes, dead stiff to run into a bloke that hot at the end of the day....

Og's especially, that run of 5 birds on end was something to see !!!

130/1 wow

Great tournament

Crap coverage, truly excellent Golf.

Very proud of the three Aussies, great to see bugger all Americans.

Gees, Luke Donald almost did it.

Swartzel, OMG what a finish!
Dont like skinny Golfers though. Probably the reason I never made it as a professional.

I feel for Rory McIlroy. It would be tought to get over an implosion like that.

For such a young man, he has an impressive record in majors to date, but this could haunt him.

Agree, seemed to be much more ads than previous years, not sure our ads coincided with the yankee coverage. Whoever ran the event at ONE could not be a golfer, no feel at all for the important moments.

Still my annual favourite international sporting event. I'll be there one year too Punxutawney Phil.

I backed Schwartzel in last years British Open (with 2 others - Garcia/Curtis) @ about 100/1. He finished tied 14th with Garcia.

Forget about him , I am gutted as I had $50 on him at $28 .

Augusta national only allow 2mins of ads per hour so it was totally one hd's doing.
