Had a hit today with the new Taylor Made irons today that should be on the shelves around Feb/ March and they are impressive, if i can suck a 9 iron back 15 feet, anyone can and they come out so sweet off the clubface.

I'd suggest the ProV and soft greens had something to do with that.

Ubelieveably the Masters has been put back to 2 weeks after presidents cup.they have no hope of getting Tiger & other US players.Whoever runs Aust golf should be sacked.

Correct on th ProV side Disco however the greens were quite firm and its not an easy task to get action at my home track. Check them out when they hit the shelves, very impressive the new irons.

Lids I've done everything possible to copy that swing with my Tourburner, and happily t's right there exceprt for the club head speed (in my dreams)

Nice win by Bubba watson the other day on the US tour

An Aussie winner over here and NOT ONE POST about ??? ....WOW !!!

This place has lost its plot I see ...... been awhile guys, hope all are well back there.

Another Footy season around the corner too, my doesn't time fly.

Yeah, twas terrific by badds.com.

Best part, well almost, is the bloke on SEN chasing birdies show that would put his $100 free bet on badds (@ $101!!) despite Mark Allen & co insisting..... :duh :doh

There was also plenty of talk about his aussie open wins 10yrs ago, presidents cup here later this year & aussie golf in general.

How you blokes can watch golf is beyond me. Great game to play... sometimes (when you don't suck)... but to watch, gotta be up there with watching something fossilise.

To each his own - how you cannot enjoy the majors at least is beyond me Tdog. I enjoy watching most sport but if I could only watch one sporting event all year I'd chose The Masters - more drama in one 9 than a full season of neighbours

Well put, the drama/tension on a golf course is unmatched id say. Mostly because its one person practically by themselves in slow motion, the mental battle is great! Thats why woods won so many he had almost all others beaten mentally, so game over, not so much these days.

Seems Mark Allen's tours are popular, dont know anyone thats been though.

Cheers. Will check it out.

The Houston this week. Here's hoping one of the Aussies can fire up and take it into the Masters. Sometimes wonder whether we will ever win one.

Masters week, Mickleson the obvious favourite. Loves the course, master of the short game and he can get away with some loose driving there. A couple of bets.
Mickleson to win @ $8.00
Fred Couples to make the Top 10 @ $10.00 (he has 3 Top 10's in the last 7 years)

Love the Masters. Best golf tournament of the year by far.

Just had a couple of small bets:

Dustin Johnson @ $34 and

Gary Woodland @ $200.

Both big drivers in decent form
