Yes you did 41.

Hopefully one of us on the thread can continue the run.

BTW who is the dude you backed religously in every major. Was it Mahan?? ???

Mahan and Kim I have backed in every major a couple of years. I also back them in every tourney. This year has been good! I could even be in front on this little experiment. Kim played well. Hunter was all over the shop. Yang going well. Shaping up to be a beauty.

Woods did not putt as well as he can - as the greens get faster he will get better. Probably a lock from this position.

Bloody Adam Scott cost me! Had Westwood as best pom into Ogilvy as best aussie was looking good til final rd. I usually prefer top 10 options at the majors, has paid off well in the past. Pity Lieshman missed the cut.

Great win Marcus Fraser, easy half a mil

Quite the brought broken by Fraser, from memory his last win was Russian open approx '04. Ewan Porter also won on the nationwide tour, his post victory green side interview was gold. Something like 'My heartrate was about 200 & I nearly spewed my guts up' the yanks love it!!

Tiger withdraws from his 3rd tournament back citing a back/neck injury.
May well be injured but the signs aren't good for the champ..

If anything his back should be on the improve, given his change in habits

With Elin overseas the Tigger might have returned to his old ways & given his back & neck a battering.

Keep an eye on the US Open at the moment.

The great man can do anything.

Tied for second currently - MATTHEW RICHARDSON.

Poor story for the Aussies so far. Only 1 in the top 50 with round 1 wrapping up shortly. Still anyones to win though, except Ogilvy who is 10 off the pace. Terrible start by our main contender.

Had a morning tee time when conditions slightly better, he's become a real enigma

Good to see Appleby have a decent round

Think a pom might get up, they're flying ATM

Disappointing tournament by the Aussies
Other then Ogilvy our older best players are simply not up to winning a major.........In the next decade the rise of Day,Sim,Lee and others under 23 will hopefully see us be setting the alarm clocks again
