He's hilarious. Watched him miss a putt on 16 I think and he shakes his head and says how the *smile* did that miss?
I wonder if he's ever grateful for the good kicks and putts that drop?
He won't have hair soon.
It’s out of control just how far the golf ball is going nowadays - particularly the real good pros.
Scottie Snuffler hit a 347 yard drive, uphill, off the 10th tee to start his 8am round today. No wind, dead still. McIlroy on the same hole later in the day carries it 330 yards before it bounced into the first cut of rough. 330 yard carry. Looked about 355 or so in total.

Says Brooks should be on the US team but " I have different feelings about the European team and the other side and sort of how that has all transpired and, yeah, I don’t think any of those guys should be a part of the European team.”
Given they are identical situations I'm guessing his different feelings are he might run into Brooks at Jupiter. Amazing he keeps saying such two-faced nonsense.

The Hovercraft wins ! Good on him. Geez Denny McCarthy will have nightmares about the 18th for a while. Putting machine that guy but couldn’t close it out. Seemed like a US Open with those big crowds, rough and fast and hard greens. Course played tough. Just 15 players under par.

Halfway through I was enjoying it but by the end it was just sad.
Reckon Nicklaus said I'm really sorry to him when he shook hands on 18, even I don't want to see him humiliated that badly.
The people around him need to do what they should have done a year ago and tell him to shut up and play golf.
All his pontificating has ruined his game and put a target on him for LIV supporters and he clearly can't handle the burden of it all.
Going to be fascinating to see how he handles the pressure of The Open.
Not sure I'd be feeling too sorry for Rory. He's doing OK. 2 wins this year. Contending at majors. 4 Top 10's in 9 events on PGA tour. World no.3
