Thanks jb, was starting to warm to the bloke, now it seems his just a cheating, thieving flog

You don’t believe much in the power of redemption cc you’re a hard man! :)

No one willing to go on record about the accusations muddies it a bit, he was clearly not a normal kid.

His parents sound like typical USA bible bashers, albeit with good intentions.

I’m a fan, don’t mind arrogance when it’s backed up. He clearly has plenty of heart.

Plenty of brats , Agassi, Federer , Hewitt who end up as statesman. I’m willing to give him a chance.

Each to there own MDJ, however I do think cocky inmature young brats, generally aren’t thieves and cheats , good luck to him if his changed his ways, one things for sure his a hell of a golfer, doesn’t mean he’ll ever be an outstanding character of a human being and I suppose he dosent have to be. FWIW spoke with a mate of mine who works on the US tour , general thoughts about Reed was “Pig” doesn’t have a lot of time for anyone not American or out of the top 20.

Back on the Masters, even though a few of the stars faltered on there charges, was still a ripper event I thought

Random Sunday morning question for the PRE golfers, what’s your favourite tracks you’ve played ?

For me it’s the Old at the National, RM composite, lucky enough to play it a few times, each time I like it more an more, Metroploitan for pure condition, wish my carpets were that good, Royal Canberra an a little hidden gem Tambo Valley, not great condition but geez it’s a fantastic 9 hole layout.

Bit of a good backstory on Reed.

That story is the same as John Daly's

Great Start from Mark Leishman this morning 10 under 61 his best ever round on the PGA Tour

Kingston Heath the best I've played, like it more than RM (although never played composite).

Agree The Old is a cracker, so difficult but a lot of fun. And played Metor twice and as you say great condition
St Andrews Beach easily the best public I've played

New a couple of guys who originally bought into St Andrews Beach, think it was 50 or 60K  , was lucky enough to play there when there was pretty much just flags on the greens, no clubhouse or anything else, great track except the walk back up from 18 :help.

Can’t be a better stretch of golf courses on the planet from the sand belt down to the Mornington penninusula

Disco08 and I worked in the pro shop at Royal Canberra (a long while ago), in fact that's how we became mates.

Heading to Canberra in July for the little blokes soccer and was thinking of havin a game at Royal Canberra while I’m there, an funny enough I was just thinking how Disco actually hooked me up to get on there years a go when I played it for the first time. Pretty much had my best 9 holes of golf that day, played the first 9 in 1 over, got to the 10th and the ground staff were changing the flags from a corporate day, so the dude on the green called me up, I holed out for eagle an the bloke was going of his head like I’d won a car :hihi then had 5 birdies in the next 7 holes and 3 putted 18 for par.

We watched the Tiges at Canberra didn’t we hutstar?

Come on Tiger Leishman

Looks like another young gun emerging in Wise, 21 years old and shoots 23 under and most importantly 6 under in the final round when entering it equal leader.

I see someone has paid 50k to caddy for Tiger in the Wednesday pro am

Don't mind the wind wizard in Ohio this weekend, CC. 35s a little short in such a strong field but hopefully can lay a bit over the weekend.

Could also make a case for Scott at a more attractive 75s. Shot a 64 in the final round at Fort Worth and missed half a dozen birdie putts from within 10ft. That's always his problem, obviously, but if he has just a half-decent week with the stupid broomstick he'll be in final few groups come Sunday.

Lucas Glover is having a good first round at The Memorial, that should make his wife happy ;)

Get the feel DeChambeu is not the most popular bloke with the commentators, seems to be constantly whinging.

Tigers round could have been anything, showing some good signs for the future

I backed him as a roughie in the Masters and noticed him being quite demonstrative, is still only young but i reckon he needs to improve that part of his game.

I watched until the rain delay and then went back to bed, Tiger was looking great until then. I saw his interview after the first round and he said his back was a bit tight, the rain delay wouldn't help his back.
I've noticed in his last couple of tournaments he is starting to put with more confidence, if he can get that back to what it was i reckon he's got another major in him.

Tiger missed 4 makeables coming in, missed a straight 3 footer that didn’t touch the hole.

On DeChambeu saw him on the practice fairway at the Masters hitting driver, incredible bullet like ball flight, strong guy

Wow, i reckon he's hitting the ball as well if not better he ever has, it's just his putting now.

3 putts 16 an 18 for a round of 4 under, had got it to 1 of the lead at one stage, his close.

Surely it’s time Gary McCord is moved on so over the top and repetitive. Faldos a legend

Faldo has grown on me, he seems to enjoy it when Mickelson plays a bad shot, so do i.
