GAME DAY Tiges v Pies

Can Jack and Cotch just do the right thing and call early retirement. Games we could be getting into kids. Cumbo can take Jacks spot

What we can’t do is find the 20m release kick and mark to relieve some pressure. Always look rushed. With a mark at least you have time.

Things Richmond doesn’t do:
Crumb.
Man up at stoppages.
Kick straight.
Win close games.
Variation.
Forward efficiency.

I need more data before writing the Tiges off after this.

I keep changing my mind about how good Collonwood are.

Yeah Collonwood were hard running and were able to riggle out of more contests at key moments, but at the same time if the Tiges used the ball a little better they could have made the game a lot more of a contest.

And Lynch just had to kick those two goals; both should have been regulation for him.

Reckon Ross has been far from the worst.

Looks like he came out of the 1970s.

Well, what can you say, we were outplayed, should have lost by more. Collingwood missed a few easy ones but some misses were us forcing them wide.

We need to take on the game more, too defensive, looked like we were trying to minimise the losing margin all night, Collingwood looked like they were willing to get ahead of the ball, swarm and score.

Couldn’t wait to pay a 50m penalty MJ. Yet DeGoey blatantly shoves Graham in the face earlier but no reversal.

I still think our side looks a lot different in 10 weeks. Hop. Gibcus. Probably Green. Maybe Cambpell. To be frank the margin flattered us , but our second half was far far more committed.

That was a really embarrassing performance by the Tigers tonight, more like a non-performance. Our coaches need to start earning their salaries
