What *smile* me is the ineptitude of our players to even kick a football properly whether it’s wet or dry. We never see such poor kicking of any other side in the league. We must have a ‘no kicking practice’ sign up in the rooms at Punt Road because these guys are paid to kick a football and so many of them are spanners and gumbies. We hand so many games to our opposition because of our *smile* skills and poor decision making. We make the oppo look good.

Yeah I get the get the kids in. In theory that’s a great idea. But who should we bring in?
We already had 7 players under 25 games today.
We had 8 of our guys play VFL today. No one stood out. 2 got injured.
Ross and MRJ should not have got dropped first off all.We are going to same well to many times for the same outcome.

I've no idea why..could be a role change? Thinking it's easier? Carrying an injury? I dunno but Dion has dropped away from being our best midfielder. It's hurting.

We aren't transitioning the ball anywhere near as well as we have. Lambert, Grigg, Edwards, Prestia, transitional midfielders ..not so easy to replace.

Dogs are a middle bracket team at best. Rank also ran type side.

We are less than that.

The last kick that he didn't manage to get over the top to Lynch Cumberland punched the ground several times so I think he knows he is capable of much better, same where he centered and turned over the ball in defence. It is always preferable if you can learn from your mistakes in a win unfortunately he has learnt the lesson the hard way.
It wa unfortunate but if you watch that play again he slipped as he kicked it. He does have a long kick on him. Our disposal was woeful at times.

The connection the vibe the energy the love the vim and vigor is gone. Its not there and hasn't really been there since 2020.

Tigers are seemingly stuck between the past and the future and dont know exactly where they want to go or what they want to be.

Im still trying to rationalise what happened in the change rooms at half time.
How can a side go from scintillating to utterly putrid??

Half time stopped the momentum.

That miss on the siren by Bakes wouldve been a big blow for them, unfortunately he missed.

Although many of the players remain, the team that won those 3 premierships doesn't exist anymore. They're trying to find a new way.

Dusty missing that set shot and then them going down and getting a lucky one was big. Not to blame Dusty. He didn't do much wrong all game.

More or less - think Cumberland makes mistakes trying to create, plus he cares! Don’t drop him, just challenge him to keep going.
Need to focus on what he can do rather than what he cant .....sound familiar Dimma?
