Game Day Tigers v Suns

It was great to get out of jail. I keep hoping we will click into gear but I think we are going to run out of time to get players back and firing. I can't see us beating Geelong or the Eagles without Dion or Titch in the midfield.

Four points. Jack back in good form. 6 points + heaps of percentage from falling out of the eight.

Ugly win but I'll happily take it.

Check out this dribble from the AFL website

"RICHMOND has escaped with a 21-point win against a Gold Coast side that dominated the first half everywhere except the scoreboard."

Must have been watching a different game. Thought we slaughtered them in the 1st qtr except on the scoreboard. And here was me thinking that the first qtr. made up half of the first half!

I didn't realise it was work experience week at the AFL!

Opposition tactics have a lot to do with it. But yeah it's happened a lot this year and it is a concern that we have not worked out a way to combat it. Watching our forward entries is like banging your head against a brick wall.

I was getting flashbacks from the Richo 90's era - just bombing the ball in aimlessly and hoping he can pull off a contested grab. Im not sure what the answer is either. Maybe we could bring in RCD as a 2017 Townsend/Graham style pressure forward? at 189cm he could provide a x-factor 3rd tall marking presence - i really dont know

What's the go with Stack?
Whats the go with Rioli?

Jack gets held back in a marking contest, no free kick.
Baker gets smashed in the head, play on.
The constant blocking by GC defenders.
The umpires screw us.

We need stack and Rioli out of dreamtime.
And bring in Dow and CD.

Johnathon Brown.
'only if Greenwood kicked that goal"
He is shitting himself that we will
6-0 6-0 his little bears.
Garry Lyon just said Nakas isn't best 22. A 2 time premiership player, isn't best 22.
The bloke is a fkwit

And you know that the heavyweights with better structure , backs and team will murder us with this dumb football.

WC & the Cats await.

May even start next week ( sorry Friday ) with Blake’s knowledge and the fact Essendon will get possibly up

You can only hope that when those 5 missing fella's come in that it means the cards shuffle a bit and we get a combination that clicks.

Edwards & Prestia iin will be massive as it means that 2 of Dusty, Bolton or Sheeds can go down forward and be used for their in-close skills to create some goals from the congested mess that is our fwd line.

Sheeds could be the answer to that problem alone, in close like that he has the best creative hands in the business.

Just on the Eliis Castagna contest that led to an Ellis goal, the umpire actually paid that free for high contact. You can hear him call it in the mike.

Having watched the replay a number of times, the angle I have seen suggests just about anything other than high contact.

Weird.

Lyon is a dirtbag. How he still has a career in the media is beyond me.

Gerard Healy mentioned GC, but didn't say a word about us and just handballed an open question.
