Game Day Tigers v Suns

I was getting flashbacks from the Richo 90's era - just bombing the ball in aimlessly and hoping he can pull off a contested grab. Im not sure what the answer is either. Maybe we could bring in RCD as a 2017 Townsend/Graham style pressure forward? at 189cm he could provide a x-factor 3rd tall marking presence - i really dont know
Yeah and at least Richo could actually take a contested mark. One of the best ever. Lynch is really struggling to take contested marks this year. Jack did tonight but he was playing on a second gamer. But you still gotta do it so credit to him and hopefully that goes some way to him getting his mojo back.

Actually, it wouldn't worry me too much if Lynch did get rubbed out. It might be force our hand to try some different tactics and strategies in the forward line; make us less predictable. Obviously Lynch near his best is a 100% staple in our side but the way he's playing at the moment I don't think we'd miss him that much. A rest could also do him good and freshen him up for the run home.

Check out this dribble from the AFL website

"RICHMOND has escaped with a 21-point win against a Gold Coast side that dominated the first half everywhere except the scoreboard."

Must have been watching a different game. Thought we slaughtered them in the 1st qtr except on the scoreboard. And here was me thinking that the first qtr. made up half of the first half!

I didn't realise it was work experience week at the AFL!
It’s work experience week every week streak.

Media will come after him.
Watch.

Fox crew were already playing and hanging Lynch.

Just dumb from Lynchy....

We will find out soon enough.

I’ll reckon he’ll get a week and probably deserves it. Keep him in Qld and rest up for West Coke

Finally got the smack he has coming?

Pretty telling to watch his old team mates respond to him after the game v Ellis.

These are the same former team mates that sat Lynch down when he announced he was leaving and got a grilling? Especially from team mates that were at the club for 5 minutes while Lynch gave everything he had for 8 years?

Take the win & move on but that was poor. Midfield clearance is still an issue & don’t understand the reluctance to try Collier-Dawkins and Dow while the stars are out. Stack & Castagna continue to struggle & Chol destroyed as a second ruck tonight. McIntosh has done well as the Ellis replacement but other wing is still an issue. Probably Pickett but he’s hit & miss. Interesting selection ahead. Markov was good but not sure he holds his spot.

Hahahahaha Brownie is an idiot.

Talking about the Bombers and how slow they are. Healy asked a fair question about Blake and Richmond, and Brownie said "Richmond were working on a gameplan for a while, this is Blakes 1st year".

How do these numnuts get paid for this stuff. Does he not realise we won the premiership in Blakes 1st year at the club?? The way that the Bombers are playing is like the anti Richmond, so slow. Doesn't seem like Truck and Worsfeld want to follow the same fast gameplan that we have built on.

Thought McIntosh was our best. Ran hard and did some great contest work. Also, I liked Markov. He just needs more games. Has dash, is a long kick and has a leap so he can spoil. Stack out for Houli next week and I hope they try Dow and maybe replace Rioli (unlikely because of the dreamtime).

thought the same to be honest.Would be intersting to see the us go with a more 2017 fwd set up for a week. Jack as the main target & play Dusty as deep forward = to give him a half rest as he looks like he needs it. Play Caddy down there along with Rioli, Castagna & Stack

Johnathon Brown.
'only if Greenwood kicked that goal"
He is shitting himself that we will
6-0 6-0 his little bears.
Garry Lyon just said Nakas isn't best 22. A 2 time premiership player, isn't best 22.
The bloke is a fkwit

well Castagna is a two time premiership player

Until umpires start paying free kicks, players will scrag, punch kick and gouge and we have to watch the pantomime.

Brown is pissed.
On the couch is shocking with those 3 flogs.

Change the channel
Outback truckers is on.

Nice to see Kmac back to his best. You can see his confidence levels rise in his play. Looks like he totally belongs.

How have we only lost 23 games to best 22 players??? I don't get it.

Houli - 8
Prestia - 7
Edwards - 7
Cotchin - 4
Nankervis - 9

Just those 6 we have 35??

Astbury is our most important link.
He releases both Grimes & Big V.
Is there anyone else that can play a defensive role on a tall down back?
