Game Day Tigers v Demons

Prestia, Martin and Cotch are done. Add Vloss and Nank to that list.
Ralphsmith, Miller, Mansell are nowhere near it.
The other young boys are 2-3 years away.

Also those saying we got Hopper and Taranto to lead the midfield for the next 7 years so we dont bottom out are full of it. We got them because we thought we were a chance this year! Dont get me wrong they have been great and without them we are in none of these games but I think they overrated our list. Now we will be left with no picks and a massive hole in our list makeup. Think we are headed back to the *smile* old days

Would we be favourites against anyone? Think Hawks and North will be even money right now. How sh1t have we become. Just cannot see the next win any time soon.

We might make a run for the wooden spoon.

And Miller needs some mongrel in him. Makes Vickery look like Carey with some of his efforts. Dunno if u can fix that. Has about the competitveness of Ben Simmons.

Unless it favours us. I do wonder if deep down he harbours some resentment that we got good after he’d retired.
C'mon man that's not it! He's bloody tiger through and through. He's just over compensating trying not to sound biased.

Just ran out of legs in the 2nd half and not making the most of 1st half opportunities was always going to cost us, effort was there, skills still wayyyyy down and mistakes will continue to kill us.

Not our worst effort this year, but much improvement still needed if we hope to finish above the bottom 4 or 5.
Spot on.

The biggest and perhaps only positive in another lost opportunity game was our center clearance work.

Our backline is just not good enough.

Short, Rioli and Baker go alright but Grimes and Vlaustin have gone backwards faster than Jon Ralph does after offering an opinion. and Young is not up to it yet.

We need Gibcus and Broad back ASAP.

Looking for Friends? Misery loves company.

Hate to break it to you Rob Walls, but we've been the average team for a few years now already.
Oh and you called it in 2021 did you?

What a useless post lol

Plenty of fanboys around these parts and you’re one of them

Mansell Clarke Hugo can’t kick
Rather play Sonsie Dow and Ross any day
STOP THE FARCE

Yep. Dimma really showing his lack of match day smarts. Has always been a terrible match day coach. Had some brilliant assistants that were huge in that area. Now they've all gone. Great at team bonding and setting the culture and motivating.
The mis-tactical sub had me stuffed. Ok Miller wasn’t setting the world alight but we were holding up. Nope we decide to take off Miller and inject Hugo. He tries, but he can keep those silky skills and efforts for the VFL. We stuffed up our backline structure, we started to lose the clearances as Samson tired and BALTA was getting beaten. I don’t get what the point was. maybe Judson for Hugo and told Hugo to run and harass up fwd and be at the drop of the ball.

It’s abso
we missed 5 pretty easy set shots in a row ...

not necessarily why we lost, but it kills momentum
Missing easy shots is absolutely the main (but not only) reason why we lost.

Expected score was a 4 point win and we gave up a little in junk time.

Bad kicking is indeed bad footy

The old chestnut of “more scoring shots” wears thin.

Average teams don’t win tight games.
