This team is once again untrustworthy. How many times have we blown 5 plus goal leads this year??? This team gets a good lead (40 points tonight) and then disappears completely. I don't what to say. They just keep inventing new ways to tear your heart out. They just simply can not be trusted anymore. No longer capable of getting the job done. Yeah we get players back and we might win a few more games. What does it matter; we don't have the fire or the desire in the more. It's over. You don't lose games like that (and others this year) and go on and win flags.

But at least the rest of the footy world and the media will be happy. In their eyes Richmond is back to doing what Richmond does best. They can all laugh at us again.

At least we have 3 recent cups in the cabinet.

I hope we lose next week now. I don't want Dimma to take this as an aberration.

Its not an aberration. Its been an issue even when we were winning flags we would switch off in games for 10 minute periods.

The West Coast and Gold Coast Losses last season killed us off in the same way.

We coughed up leads of 5-7 goals plenty of times this season, and its a distinct lack of application and a distinct arrogance and lack of mental concentration.

Complacency and Poor conversion.

All on the Players foremostly but the coaches arent seeming to be reacting either.

Lack of leadership. Why wasn't every player in our defensive 50, no one should have been forward except jack. All they needed to do was chip it around.

Grimes gives away the free to chol, Holman takes the advantage misses completely but grimes pushes him in the back and they get a down the ground free and goal.
In the last 45 seconds, grimes drop's a chest mark that would've been the ball game.

Yep and Soldo just lacks coordination, fitness and agility since coming back from his busted knee. Used to be better below his knees than he is now. Back injury?

That is it. We get 5 goals up then disappear like a plan in the Bermuda Triangle.

The inability to close out games has cost this group its last chance at premiership glory. I'm not sure we were ever a real chance this year; maybe we were.

We certainly are not now.

A team should not give up a 40 point lead, its a disgrace and not the first time this year, they give away stupid free kicks at critical times, I believe they are arrogant and need a reality check, as well as a few names that should never return, Costagna and Aarts for one.

Don't just blame George and Aarts I agree there momentum killers , but the whole side stopped working hard enough and thought the game was done no composure or footy smarts and dumb footy chance after chance to got what we deserved.

Grimes stupid free and dropped mark and then Short with the 50 senior.players cost us with errors this year.

What a bunch of selfish primadonnas all night. Cumberland, Aarts, Castsgna, Bolton, Short. Many many selfish moments from roup or just plain *smile* efforts. I have never (other than maybe the Carlton elim final) been more pissed off with my footy side and that is saying so,e thing after 40 of following them and the *smile* we”be been through. Just so utterly pathetic. More than pathetic, 40 points up but no typical *smile* Richmond find a way to give a team a sniff again and again. Miss easy goals, go for glory instead of doing team easy options, *smile* themselves in front of goal. So casual and always getting ahead of themselves, if Dimma doesn’t lose his *smile* at them tonight I doubt he ever will. What a blatantly disgusting gutoess Pathetic effort from our football club. I couldn’t be more mad or upset. Weak as *smile*, mentally weak and Pathetic.

Carlton Stkilda Sydney Geelong and Now Gc.
We even hit the lead in the Adelaide game and we went on to lose.

Haven't been so livid since the 2013 elimination final.
Had all the hallmarks of flaky Richmond.
