Go into your ticketec account and check my bookings and you will see what seats have been allocated to you

I got my tickets in AFL reserve. I didn’t choose my normal method of ticket delivery (ezy ticket print at home ) but somehow managed to chose “venue/prepaid collection outlet”. Does anyone know if I can change method of delivery using my order number, alternatively where would collection point be (could I just go to Ticketek outlet (I’m in the Latrobe Valley area) and get some tix printed before the game. Any help greatly appreciated.
Its the only way you can get AfL reserve GF rickets..

If u really want a ticket. Head to Sydney on Monday and sit out the front of the Ticketek office. For a reasonable margin I guess plenty of Giants will sell you their ticket

Fans in uproad after Grand Final tickets appear, disappear (HS, paywalled)

Anxious footy fans are demanding answers after details of their AFL Grand Final ticket allocations disappeared shortly after first appearing online. Meanwhile, supporters who camped out for Grand Final tickets have secured their ticket after braving the elements.

Tigers members are in uproar after AFL Grand Final ticket details disappeared from their accounts.

Fans have taken to social media to speculate about whether they’ve secured a ticket to their side’s clash against GWS on Saturday, after they could last night see ticket allocations in the order history of their Ticketek account.

AFL Fans Association vice-president — and Tigers supporter — Cheryl Critchley said the details have since disappeared.

She said stressed fans are now questioning whether they will have the same, or any, seat.

“This may be part of their normal process, but people are worried,” Ms Critchley said.

“One minute they had their seat allocation on their order history and the next minute they couldn’t see it.

“All they want to know is whether they have the same seats.”

Ms Critchley said some fans who missed out on seeing the Tigers’ 2017 premiership live were particularly concerned.

“I know a guy who missed out last time but got tickets this time — he’s now worried again,” she said.

“People are worried about whether this means things are going to change.”

One fan quizzed Ticketek online about whether they should “start hitting up scalpers”, while another said: “Appears that @Ticketek_AU may be running the ballot again as I can’t even see order history now.”

Just before 10am, the ticketing agency told one supporter that the ballot was “currently being processed”.

“You will be able to check the Ticketek website from tomorrow with your customer ID,” Ticketek tweeted.

The agency also told fans they would check online to see whether they were successful from 9am tomorrow.

“Payment was processed over the weekend but allocation is being released tomorrow, please check back then,” Ticketek told another concerned fan.

The debit to my credit card is category 2 Baloo

Yep, but others in the thread had different categories (either by cc debit amount or what they saw in the scrteen) but still the same C2 in the Ticketek page.

I just checked my order history again in Ticketek and the same tickets from last night have re-appeared, never in doubt!

A few observations

1. The display of ticketing last night was an error. It has potentially happened when GWS won and allocations were changed.
2. Payments are not final as the money is only held (pending)
3. Once the error was identified. The deployment ran Saturday evening was rolled back showing customers nothing more than their ballots.
4. Some customers can again as of 3pm today see the seats allocated to them.
5. There is a rumour that more tickets will be available to RFC members tonight/tomorrow as a continuation of the ballot. ( There is suggestion thay any new tickets will go to next in ballot order and not reallocated to say Priority 1 members who already have tickets allocated...again just suggested)

Further to this. Apparently in accounts now is the option to mobile ticket or print at home...which was never an option on rego
