A few observations
1. The display of ticketing last night was an error. It has potentially happened when GWS won and allocations were changed.
2. Payments are not final as the money is only held (pending)
3. Once the error was identified. The deployment ran Saturday evening was rolled back showing customers nothing more than their ballots.
4. Some customers can again as of 3pm today see the seats allocated to them.
5. There is a rumour that more tickets will be available to RFC members tonight/tomorrow as a continuation of the ballot. ( There is suggestion thay any new tickets will go to next in ballot order and not reallocated to say Priority 1 members who already have tickets allocated...again just suggested)
Just checked my account again, and yes, magically reappeared. and yes, has a print at home facility too.I just checked my order history again in Ticketek and the same tickets from last night have re-appeared, never in doubt!
Are they the same seats?Just checked my account again, and yes, magically reappeared. and yes, has a print at home facility too.
I can now see my tickets again but although it originally said I had to pick them up at a ticketec outlet I can see the tickets and print them out?Spot on with points 1 to 4 - I can now see my tickets on my ticketek website orders page.
Hope you're right about point 5 - we need the MCG to filled with Tigers roaring.
Wonder if they'll let us in if we print from home?
The AFL and Ticketek...........a match made in heaven.!Now the print at home option has disappeared.
Geez Ticketek is a complete clusterf^ck.
You can’t print tickets at home for AFL GF.Now the print at home option has disappeared.
Geez Ticketek is a complete clusterf^ck.
That's what I thought but the option was there so I clicked on it. I'm looking at my tickets now. I don't have a working printer at home so can't do it anyway but was going to do it at work. You can’t print tickets at home for AFL GF.
Must be picked up at Ticketek outlet.
Just realised I have been charged for Cat 3 but by the looks of it have been allocated Cat 7. WTF!That's what I thought but the option was there so I clicked on it. I'm looking at my tickets now. I don't have a working printer at home so can't do it anyway but was going to do it at work.
I don't mind picking them up at all but my point is that Ticketek ***** up everything it touches with regards to AFL finals.
They are absolutely hopeless.
