Essendon = Entitlement

Where are Essendon placed if they miss out on Clarkson?? What is plan B?? They have scorched Rutten. Who, outside of Essendon would be keen? Hinkley is staying at Port. Who, of interest is on the market. Rossy Lyon doesn’t seem interested in a return to coaching.

However. McVeigh has by all accounts missed out on GWS fulltime.

But…..bring Mark McVeigh back to the bombers for a year or so…..with…maybe Hirdy to assist…. Dean Solomon has been approached to return to Essendon from GC in the last few days. Caracella is already there. Dodoro as the greatest list manager ever and Sheeds as the benevolent, all seeing guru on the board as Hird’s crew protector…..

I am telling you…they are trying to get the band back together

I reckon if Clarkson takes the Arsendon job then he’s full of *smile* as well.

He’s been banging on for 12 months now about how he won’t take a current coach’s job, respect for others, club and industry professionalism blah blah blah ….but here he is considering taking a current coach’s job with a culturally defective club that is hanging their current incumbent out to dry.

Talk about a hypocrite. If he was true to his word he’d turn down the Arsendon job.

In some way I hope he does take the Arsendon job because he’ll be behind the 8 ball right from the start because of the aforementioned. There’ll be questions around his real or actual integrity. That’ll then hopefully mean that he’s a massive bust and this *smile* club will continue to wallow in the mire for at least another decade.

Redford I agree!

Would be poor form if he took the Essendon job.

With the North job he has time. With the Essendon he will need to take them straight to the finals next year.

But $ always talks.

Apparently the $ on offer are around the same.

Having said that, Arsendon being Arsendon, I’m sure they’re finding additional forms of “legitimate” remuneration for him.

If the Bummers march down Brunton Avenue to invade the PRO to demand for Dimma, I'd call war!!

Reckon Essendon dodged a bullet. The messiah coach appointments very rarely work out.

Good decision by Clarko. Showed in the end that he's true to his word. Arsendon have showed their form once again. What a disgrace they are. Looking like desperate fools. Watch them chase Hinkley now.

Good result for Norf. Dunno how far he'll take them but they should improve quite a bit under him regardless. Not that they can go any lower I suppose.

100% Rutten should head butt a few on the way out.
Worse and weakest playing group I ever seen in AFL.
Some of them think there shitt dosent stink.
The best thing and I'm pretty sure Dimma will be firing us up is to put them away.
A Geelong vs Melbourne at Kardinia Park 2015 style slapping will have the Essendon pensioners very very angry over summer.
Agree how about that Hind never seen a afl player so disrespectful to a coach Truck didn't drop him to wouldn't mind our boys rough him up . They a run by former players and staff trying to eat the cake toxic place.
