Dylan Grimes JDM

If a club came inquiring about Grimes, 100% I would consider off loading him.
People are running with he had a injury riddled session.when doesn't he??
Grimes and foley for Adams.

Dylan needs at least one injury free full season before he can be fairly judged!

Many older Tiger supporters will remember Eric Leech.

Eric was a talented defender who was regularly injured. He must have spent 10 years on the list, without playing close to a full season.
Everyone reckoned "Leechy" would be a beauty if he could get a full season under his belt.

I think his greatest contribution to the RFC was in an administrative capacity after he retired.
I know that he later had success later in the construction industry.

I do indeed remember Eric Leech!

And I am the first to admit that Dylan may be one of those who never stays fit, I'm only hoping he stays fit as I see so much upside. OOOPS! Proves your point. ;D

79 games over ten seasons! Must be one of the lowest number of games for a guy who spent a decade on a VFL/AFL list.

Given a full preseason this year and I think he'll roll into next year raring to go and will be fantastic down back.

Phantom you might remember another injury prone Eric a little earlier, Eric Moore, I remember being at the '69 Grand Final as a little kid and Eric Moore kicking a few goals and helping us win the premiership.

The catch cry from the stands was "stick to your opponent Leechy " ;D

And Bob Heard

Not that bad a player Bob if I remember rightly.

Fast as a glacier though!

A pretty handy tap ruckman, if memory serves me correctly ... and even slower than a glacier, TIA.

Good trade bait for Heath Shaw with a take your pick with one these Nahas Griffiths Helbig Arnott Derxkxx as a bonus.

Our back 6 is settled, works well as a team and pride themselves in not being complete flogs...That would rule Shaw out i think...

Apart from that...he is way to inconsistent and his worth to pies is more than it will be for other clubs... they will be asking for the earth plus a top 10!

If Muscles McGuane is out of contention (as he should be given his performances of 2013) Richmond has only two very influential aerialists. They are Jack Riewoldt (sometimes) and Dylan Grimes (often when fit, albeit rarely).

Grimes can hit the ball in the air. When he takes the ground he must feel very lonely.

To add to the nostalgia I have fond memories of the highly talented but exceptionally BRITTLE Bruce Tempany and his great hangers.

If he plays in well in finals he's worth having.
Played pretty badly vs Carlton, and if he can't handle those pressure games he's not worth the hassle
Rexy Hunt got moved on after a finals failure, playing well in finals is the KPI
I think he's worth preserving, perservering, hanging onto for a while longer

Apart from his injuries I can't think of a player who has shown so much talent after so few games .... Look foward to seeing him play a full season in 2014
No way is he trade bait
