Eric was a talented defender who was regularly injured. He must have spent 10 years on the list, without playing close to a full season.
Everyone reckoned "Leechy" would be a beauty if he could get a full season under his belt.
I think his greatest contribution to the RFC was in an administrative capacity after he retired.
I know that he later had success later in the construction industry.

Apart from that...he is way to inconsistent and his worth to pies is more than it will be for other clubs... they will be asking for the earth plus a top 10!
If Muscles McGuane is out of contention (as he should be given his performances of 2013) Richmond has only two very influential aerialists. They are Jack Riewoldt (sometimes) and Dylan Grimes (often when fit, albeit rarely).

According to the HS Dylan has suffered a bit of tightness in his hammy, lets hope its not a sign of things to come
