highlight of the night

Had a fine night, didn't he, Oldster? Getting back to help out too. Winning ball. Using it. Those tips.

What a pleasure, eh, snake?

Without question the highlight of a very very ordinary game. And you'd expect him to be even better next week.

He's confident, fast, light on his feet, one-grab, smart, tough, I'm a big fan. I'm still getting used to this having more than 3 good players caper. Wasn't expecting him to get back so seamlessly. Rapt

Sometimes I still pray. And I pray for things like Grimes' body to mature and season to the point where it allows this kids real mental and character genius to form and emerge. For God's sake he's only played a total of 3 minutes in the hour of his career. Imagine him at 40 minutes!

The posters on here that don't rate this guy either go to the footy for the drinking or don't get down to games at all.

To suggest he's had 2 good game in 20 when in his first year a the club he was breaking AFL records for the most spoils, and being useful with the ball.

It's a relief to see him get through an Essendon game without a hammy going twang!
