Dylan Grimes JDM

Different positions Merv, but I know where you're coming from.

Back to the point, Grimes needs to play well or it will be seen as picked on :hearton only, not form.

Calm down every one Boney Moleny Grimes is going to take us to premiership glory.
Bring back *smile*

Given his restricted season Grimes will need to have strong showings over the next two weeks or I otherwise fear he may be a liability in the finals.

The entire point of gifting him games over the last three weeks is to get him up to match speed, pointless throwing him into a final if he's only been plodding at Coburg for six weeks.

Grimes getting through today and next week's exhibition game will be the biggest positive for the Tiges before finals

I'm glad someone else can see this.

Was okay today, a few scratchy decisions/disposals but he's lost none of his mobility and attack on the contest. Hopefully approaches his best over the next two weeks, which was probably the plan all along

A few interesting decisions with the ball today. I really hope the last 2 weeks has done him good and he comes out next week raring

Definitely better this week but still way down on his best. Made a few mistakes and his disposals were sometimes a bit hit and miss. Right now for me Astbury is the more reliable defender - just.

will be fine.

got visibly better as the game wore on.

felt he took a big step in the second half.

Was very poor against Carlton, decent yesterday.

One more game and he will be "cherry ripe" for the first final. Massively important to our structure to have his type, a tall/medium who can play on anyone from 185 to 195 cm.

horribly out of touch

Yeah his touch and 2nd/3rd efforts are still a long way off arent they Blinger. All the missed footy is catching up with him.

He's a risky selection to take into a final on current form.

Really needs a pre-season & a big block of uninterrupted footy.
