and the week before a carlton player crashed into Jack behind play and only got a fine. and Cox elbowed Grimes in a similar manner. no concussion and was downgraded to a fine. i can barely see the difference.

Would love our President to have a radio show and Tv gig to run the campaign to ensure no injustice is ever imposed on our club.

Eddie had all the usual suspects lined up in formation to ensure the pressure was on the "independent" tribunal for a whitewash.

If it had been A Giant blocking an Eagle last weekend would not have even been mentioned in Melbourne media.

Well he should plead the 5th amendment then. What about the mercy rule for what will happen to the Tigers if he doesn't play this week?

"Cleared of concussion" doesn't mean "The hit had no effect".

In any case I don't think that Cox should have been suspended in the first place.

Fair outcome for Cox in the end.

I'm looking at Grimes in isolation, binman. If they don't suspend that it's open season.

So true. Cannot believe all the media suckholes that acted as a cheer-squad for "free Cox" this week. Eddie projects a sweeping (imaginary but in effect real) squirrel grip.

The guy took several huge steps towards an unsuspecting Grimes and laid a very deliberate block that flattened him and forced him to have to leave the ground.

Another week where Fat Eddie got away with anything he likes. Caroline Wilson again the only one in the media that doesn't kow-tow!

Yep fully agree.

Such a shame an umpire didn’t see the contact off the ball as he would or should have got a free kick. Classic sliding doors moment.
 
I reckon we're gunna finally see the rest of the footy world realise how good grimesey is. STAR!
