I'm surprised that hit on Higgins then instant recovery didn't galvanise the team. It was a massive fearless hit, within the rules, and he managed to spring back up and contest the ball.

Good chance it will be shown on a fair bit of footage over the years

Didn't we kick a goal after it?

100%. Was hopeful they might have at least given Grimes some minutes on Waite once we knew Batch was being baked.

I was willing Dylan to finish it off with a goal.
Would have been goal of the year by a big margin.

Dylan should have started on Waite. Got some tricks has Dylan, would have had Waite buggered and confused by half time.

Was actually surprised this wasn't the matchup to begin with. Has the height and speed to go with Waite, which Batchelor lacks.

Had a really consistent season.

Reported tonight that he is about to sign a 3 year contract.
Good to hear. His form this season was back to his best, if not better. He can hold his head up high for his performance on Sunday.

Fan of the Grimey Grub, happy to see him rewarded not only with a new contract but also a few more years of consistent relatively injury free footy. He's done the hard yards already, entitled to a few years of get up n play.

Agree with the above, rewarded with a 3 year deal for his consistency, and we ll deserved. Fingers crossed the hammy issues are a thing of the past and we can get at least another 5 odd years of good footyvout of him.

With richmond?
With the San Francisco 49ers. It turns out Rugby players can't catch, and Grimes is so tough he's going to return punts without body armour.

Gold. :clap Hayne Plane OUT. The GRIME MOVER in!

Very important player to our structure because he is 192cm and can play on talls and smalls. Also up there with Sir Alex as one of the most courageous on the list.

Really happy if Grimey gets a 3 year deal
