They didn't match the offer as no offer was actually made. They encouraged Geelong to trade for him. He was always going to go, it was only to get more than 1 first rounder for him which they succeeded with. There was only 1 solution. With Dusty there are 2, he will stay if we don't get a ridiculous offer.

I'd only trade him to Adelaide if they gave us a top 5 pick PLUS Lever PLUS another first rounder.

Capped it off nicely. 3rd in the brownlow in such a poor team is a massive effort. Still cant get universal love like the other pretty boys, but everyone else recognises how good Dusty is so it might be time to do the same for those still upset :clap

I really like this young bloke. How were the photo ops for the new gals? Hahah. Spoke well.

What a shame he didn't win. I would've loved to watch his date turn on the waterworks.

His date was apparently Lloyd Jack.
