Carr is telling many media friends of bigger offers for dusty, I call bulls hit for most, I know first hand that this is the case, if we are to pay 1.2, then pay 1.4,as, the extra is of little difference, cotchin, rance, Jack are at a age where moving is unlikely unless there nearly finished as in the lids situation, may be we might loose someone as a result, but it won't be anyone as good as dusty.

Absolutely nil stress whatsoever Leysy. Players come n players go, some are even champions. Doesn't bother me at all because I barrack for the footy club first n foremost, have done for fifty years so I've seen a fair group of champions as well as spuds go through the doors.

Have totally enjoyed watching Dusty play for us n still hope he's staying, but doubt that he is. If he does go then whatever we achieve this year, it'll be thanks Dusty n enjoy yourself wherever you end up at next year.
Club is and always will be bigger than any individual, whether that be Dusty or K.B. Tommy or even the original Jaaack himself.

The excuse the Merkin has trotted out all year for not signing until the end of the season is that they want to see how the Tigers go this year as Dusty wants to play in finals.

Disagree. Merkin is being the perfect agent. Dusty couldn't ask for more. He has got clubs to bring offers up, forcing our hand up. Its really a beautiful thing if your D.Martin. Beating up on the Merkin is futile, as he is doing his job to perfection. And he will do it again to us later if $hai turns out to be good.
