Think he's the x factor type we lack and need. We seem to have a good system in place for dusty so I thInk from that view we shOd be ok. On the field he can add a great deal to our team
Pros: great talent, fills a need, with a year of WAFL under his belt he's ready made and we dont have to wait.

I think we should really look at drafting him.
If one of the concerns is a lack of indigenous leaders at Richmond, then maybe the VFL team can sign a few former AFL listed indigenous players? or recently retired players who still want to play at a decent level but without the full time AFL training regime? Might be something worth investigating.
He is simply too talented not to look at closely. Could be anything, and being away from WA might mean he could be more than anything

Whoever takes a risk on this kid will pick up an absolute gun providing head right. Why we arnt into him amazes me. Speedy goal kicking small forward/midfielder with Xfactor. Also could benefit from our indigenous infrastructure. Much more worthwhile risk then Chapman
Could be fun for the future waking up each morning waiting for that first look at the rumour files, papers, to see who has had the biggest night, end of season, preseason, Dusty or Dayle.
Just imagine if they both had the Merkinator as manager renewing two year deals on an alternate basis, we poor supporters would end up twitching gibbering psycho's in next to no time.
