Why are we paying millions for coaches then. We have coaches for every line, development coaches etc but none are responsible for improving the players skills. Really?Who knew it was the senior coaches job to teach players how to kick? I thought they learned that coming up through juniors. You don't teach senior players to kick. They either can or they can't when you draft them, and for the vast majority, that's how it stays.
We shouldn’t be recruiting players who aren’t skilled in the first place, but when we do surely there’s enough coaches to work on improving them. I’m unable to get to training but I’m guessing the drills are game style and skills specific, surely. If not, what are they training them to do?
