Vote against what?If there's nothing incriminating in the national cabinet meeting minutes, why are they trying to desperately to keep them hidden from the public? Even liberal party members are crossing the floor to vote against it because they're sick of the lack of accountability of this government.
If the national cabinet minutes made the federal government look good, there's no doubt they'd be releasing them.
The only liberals in National Cabinet are PM and Premiers of NSW, SA and Tas. I doubt anyone votes - just reach consensus. (but maybe they should issue the minutes as clearly they all take their own notes and work off them)
Minutes of the Vic Crisis Cabinet - are you calling for them ? Cabinet papers are sealed for 30? years.
