I trust Hardwick has only just started the clearout of deadwood withing the club. Reading the other posts it appears that most are in agreement on who needs delisting or moving on if we are ever going to become a force within AFL again.
I did hope that Hardwick would have included himself in the list of coaches not wanted next season but that appears not to be.

Agree - pretty easy really. Makes me wonder why these list managers get paid shiploads to make bad drafting decisions and can't see this as fairly obvious. We wait and hope I guess

Surely we can still delist a contracted player that is just not good enough for AFL even if contracted? OK, we pay him out but that is a relatives small price to pay when we could replace him with a better quality player

Given that Edwards is contracted until 2019, surely there is a strong case to shop him around at a lower trade pick, just to move him on. OK we have made a mistake, but he might be a good top up for a team that is close to a flag. He is a proven frontrunner, which is an asset in a strong side, but we will be grafting wins next year and that is not his strong suit.
