RCD should by now be smashing down the door with performances in the 2's but he simply isn't. He plays maybe a cameo role. He's just not that good, not sure if its desire or he just doesn't have the skill set but either way its not lack of opportunity that has caused him to fail.
RCD is simply no good. He has no footballing ability. He's a poor man's Jake Aarts.
He is the most kind blowing drafting failure I've seen at Richmond.

He doesn’t need a roast, he just needs to be told if he doesn’t fix his conversion and decision making he won’t be in the team and that he can fix it and the club will help with whatever resources it can to fix it - but he needs to own it.
We need to move past George he can't execute the basics. Need to focus on giving time and development to the likes of Cumberland Stack MJ Clarke etc.

If we had players available I would love to see Short dropped for his senseless knocking of the ball out of Matt Rowell's hands. This lack of discipline needs to be squashed.
