Changes v Lions qualifying final

We are unique. We are near the bottom of a lot of measures. I love the way we play.

Wonder how are clearance & stoppage work is going with Soldo's recent improvement?
We comes out ahead in the most important stat, the scoreboard.

We are a very unique beast. Compared to opposition we're 4th last for disposals, 2nd last for marks, 4th last for hitouts, 3rd last for clearances, 3rd last for contested possessions, 3rd last for contested marks. We excel at inside 50s 3rd, tackles first, metres gained 3rd, intercepts 3rd and 3rd last for turn overs. Just weird that you can be so dominant with those sort of stats but that's our game, pressure and slingshot. Move it quickly, chaos ball, no-one does it better than us.

That's the very reason most of the stats they've (champdata) invented are just filler so when they rock up each season with a couple of new shiny 'metrics'..... head office and the media outlets can't wait to sign up for more bells and whistles!
The only good thing Teddy Hopkins ever did was **** collingwood over in 1970... Starting this other *smile*.... not so good:(

From a club & coach who relied once upon a time to a coach ( coaches) that created this KAOS game plan , stats mean JACK to him now.

That's why we can be a headache for so many clubs and the king o stats at champion data KINGY has no idea and will have to come up with other stats to explain what we do.

If anyone believes in Omens or is into superstition have a listen to this. We haven’t played Brisbane in a final in more then 18 years.
Over the Xmas break I spent a month in Tasmania. When I was in Hobart I saw some of the Brisbane players having breaky near the docks,
I asked (I think Robinson) were they training down there and he said yes.
They were doing some of their preseason in Hobart.
The next day (Sunday) I found out they were training close bye, so I went down to see what they were like. On a beautiful Sunday morning there would’ve been no more then 20 people watching training, did they look any good? I didn’t really absorb how they trained, frankly I didn’t care.
I justed remembered they trained on a ground that was labeled with this huge sign “Welcome to Tigerland”
If anyone is from tassie they might know who’s ground it is.
About a 10 minute drive south of Hobart.

Before today I’d have had Nank as Soldo’s No 2 next week
And after today I still reckon that’s the best pairing - assuming he pulls up OK

The good thing with Soldo playing so well is that Nank only has to play second ruck, and Balta/Chol haven't been playing huge minutes so the expectations on Nank are not so great.

It will be very hard to leave Nank out if he pulls up ok. Chol and CJ made claims today too, both good, especially CJ. I'd say Balta's in trouble and Nank is the likely in, next stop Chol.

Pickett will be strongly considered, he was brilliant after quarter time. Showed he was a forward option as well.
