Callum Coleman-Judas - extricate yourself to Nth Ballarat, you git

Good lad well done.

He's played two games for the RFC he debuted against the Drugs in Dreamtime and acquitted himself well that night but really impacted today.

Started slow, but loved his endeavour. 4 goals, but better than that he competed brilliantly. Keep him in and keep playing him, even when Lynch is back.
that's the way we as a team must play. No good bombing it long now... our forwards running to present is the way. from 45 metres we have a high chance to convert, instead of having the ball coming back in waves. Teams now flood their back line and win the ball back. when one on one, that's the time for the long bomb, Like Balta to Jack.

Having 2 tall targets that looked threatening, other than Jack, allowed Jack to roam around, use his smarts and not have to be the focal point. Jack as a 3rd tall is tantalising.

Kebabgate officially over

Half correct - will be once Stack breaks back into the team.

Loved his game - for his second game that was simply awesome. 4 goals, broke the pack a few times and that pass to Chol was sublime.

He has a couple of years to learn from Jack - the way he spoke I reckon he will.

Final thought - he continually moved & presented after the 1st quarter. Movement not only created opportunities for him, it created space for other forwards to use. Such a contrast to the static Lynch of the first 10 weeks. We had 20 marks inside 50 - granted it was against a lower level team, but that has to be our new standard.

He presents & competes (at least for the last 3 quarters). Not super quick but no slower than Lynch & good hands. One grab marks are gold inside forward 50. Will be played until Lynch comes back at least. Body work in ruck needs work - Tex worked him over twice inside defensive 50.
he is more a Forward - Ruck... I think Marbs more Ruck-forward........ bloody awesome headache we have season endf

At quarter time CJ was a myth. By full time he was a legend.
Well done young fella. Took your opportunity.
Nice .... he certainly did.

Most important of all was ability to convert at that critical juncture in the game, and not only kept us in it but got us turning at the half with our noses in front and the Crows dominant for 1 1/2 quarters scratching their heads as to how they were behind at the break.

We've missed clutch goals aplenty this year at key times Jack also delivered when we we were getting over run.

We’ve been calling for his inclusion all year great game today
even when Lynch returns CJ can play deep forward allowing Jack to roam forward line

My man. Punchy won't be back at full forward if he keeps the this up. Can see Punchy being a bonafide CHF.

Still early but hope he continues to present like he did and nail his chances.

Great job lad.

Good enough to stay in you think?

If he stays when Lynch comes back it gives us so many options. It will mean Lynch is less crowded and can move around more, it means Reiwoldt can roam up and down the ground and I reckon better suited to the way the game is being played. Lynch and Reiwoldt have been crowded and space has been difficult in our forward line. With Reiwoldt, Lynch and CCJ all there we can be far more potent. Possibly even have Chol running around if he plays well and suddenly we are looking more dangerous.

if He keeps that conversion rate will be hard to push out of the side. Straight kicking is massively underrated. Not sure what he is like typically but today was very good in that domain And stood out vs Lynch who is well below average in accuracy.
