Callum Coleman-Judas - extricate yourself to Nth Ballarat, you git

This kid is going to end up seriously good. He is much better at this point in time than I expected. The club is very very happy with him.

Only worry is hanging on to him with Sauce in Adel nearing the end

sauce is closer to end than most think, reckon crows will try get stop gap next season and for 2020
and probably target CJ to be #1 ruck 2021... assuming he comes on as expected.

i spoke about him to my mate @unley and he thinks he is much better than grundy at same age and crows will go back for him at sometime.

Crows can take Grundy from the Maggots as they wont have two bob to rub together after they sell whats left of the joint for Tommy

Only saw snippets of the VFL but CJ in the ruck was one of the highlights for me. Looked a natural. Think that's his spot. Doesn't have an AFL tank yet but one to look forward to

Agree Brissie. You can see he has it. Excellent prospect..

A different type of exciting to Balta yesterday, however I thought CCJ got the nod, showed all aspects you want in a modern day ruck/fwd or fwd/ ruck

Yeh, although need to temper it a bit given the oppposition didn't really have a ruckman. But he showed plenty of nice touches.

good point

Crows should be sniffing around Lycett, particularly if the Eagles manage to re-sign Gaff and McGovern.

I liked him prior to him coming to Richmond and he has not let me down so far, Has showed plent as a foward and last sunday in the ruck
He has soft hands and taps to his mids which is a very good sign and moved around the ground well. His positioning in the ruck was also very good even though he was up against a lower level ruckman he did exceptionally well for a 1st year player

Kicked some really good goals a few weeks ago playing foward and marks the ball at its highest point which is also a good sign, I also liked some of the blocks he put on the opposition backman which will be even better as he develops and gets stronger.

needs a couple of pre seasons to get his fitness upto level but we have a good one here i believe, Just as excited about Cj as i am about Balta

Happy 19th Birthday for Tomorrow CJ if your reading this :hihi

That's not the priority now and can come with time - he'll only turn 19 this week (just checked the stats).

Apparently he's a very competitive beast. Didn't see him last game but I've been impressed with him as a forward. Only 19 so isn't going to impose himself as much as when he has a couple of seasons under his belt but I'm very excited about his prospects.
