Bye Bye Jack Higgins!

I reckon he has picked up a yard too.

Since hiring a sprint coach he's managed to get his 20m time under 3 seconds, so you'd be correct.

He's been seeing Bohdan for at least 4 years so not sure his picking up pace is a result of recent specialist training

Based on an interview late last year with his former strength & conditioning coach Chris Woodford, Jack's combine was a long way off his peak performance. Unofficially he's recorded a sprint time under 3 secs & a 15.3 beep. Not sure why he didn't hit top gear back at the draft camp but it's no surprise he's looking a lot quicker than 3.10 secs would suggest. Bohdan Babijczuk definitely a positive influence.

Probably working on producing average times at the draft camp so he would drop down the draft order to where the good teams have the picks

One thing I have noticed , his set shot goalkicking is a lot better before the game , longer and straighter ,

its obviously a confidence thing

Yeh he nearly chased down a couple thurs night which was surprising.

Could end up like a boomer Harvey but better overhead!

Not sure how much upside there is to Higgo as it’s a pretty good standard straight out of the gates, however his a beauty and looks like been another 200 gane tiger champ

Looking more like Gazza Jnr at the same age I reckon. If he becomes anything like a young Ablett I will be happy.

He is a natural on the big stage I reckon.
And a smart player, a mini JR.

Yes reckon he loved the step up of finals.

How do people rate his first final game to that of the rising star (who I thought was ok but a little quiet last night) ?

Plenty upside. His interception was unbelievable, he knew it was coming. Also, he could of had the shot, but did the team thing. Well done Jack, keep it going for a long time mate.

Probably my point Dustin , does so much well already, just looks a natural footballer who doesn’t need to learn much , his a beauty isn’t he

His main area for improvement, would be set shot goal kicking.

No doubt , his bloody woeful isn’t he, technically looks ok as you say it’s the area he can improve
The good news is we didn’t recruit him as a FF, his constructive work in score involvements is elite

I think his kicking limits is 45 mtrs max. Close to goal, you would back him 100%. The late one in the third quarter against Hawthorn where he passed to Grigg confirms his lack of distance.

Not sure how much upside? Wow, reckon he could be anything. He clearly is coachable ands leaves no stone unturned to improve. His ceiling is high.
