Brett Ratten sacked

Except that the only reason it was left unfinished was because he jumped over to Fremantle of his own free will.
If lyon has the job, it will be interesting to see what others put their hands up?, interesting to see the process of selecting? Interesting didn't Lyon say he didn't go for the bombers job because of the background, interpersonal screening? Will the saints do the same screening or omit it?????

So Ratten loses his job because neither King nor Higgins can kick sodas from within 30 meters out.
Pathetic.

Mr Bean. Can never get enough of him Craigo!
That sketch is hilarious and describes North , Essendon and St Kilda. I give North a pass but has anyone heard from their president of late. Gee she was up and about a month or so ago.

Thought the president spoke well. Which you'd expect from someone of his experience and expertise.

Lethlean though - cliche central.

Would love one of the reporters to ask something like:

"So what your saying Simon, is that after four years at the club where you have overseen the football dept - You are telling us, by your own admission, you STILL haven't put in a structure that adequately supports the Senior Coach?"

"Given that, why should Ratts lose his job, but not you?"

Saints in a world of pain, but it's the Druggies that make me want to break out the popcorn. Saints too irrelevant.

And I suggest a merge or fold this mob rather than shift the shambles to Tassie.
Tasmania deserve their own, home grown team, not a shambles foisted upon them.

Isn't there some new clause where coaches aren't paid out in full if sacked?
Guess that depends on what clauses are written into the contract when it is negotiated. Suggestion on the news that there was a six months worth payout limit on his deal.
