If you leave your wife for young sexy lady then your ex finds a rich younger man that gives her everything she wants and needs and adores her , Do you think she will take you back ?

Not as a lover , but there could be a role around the house , gardening perhaps

I kinda hope GWS cut him and we take him back.
I just feel better with Deledio as a tiger. Like Craig lambert and a few others.
It's a romantic thought, but ultimately wouldn't benefit either party. He's done as a player and unless he's 100% fit he wouldn't get a game in our current side.

What if Lids can guarantee he might be fit for most of the season?

Last couple of years for us Lids had achilles n calf issues. First couple of years at GeeWhizz he's again struggling with achilles n calf issues. He may be able to get to a reasonable level of fitness for this year n maybe next, but I sure as hell wouldn't be holding my breath hoping for him to come good. Old age n wear n tear have messed him up, reckon it's all downhill for Lids now.

Heard that from him a few times and no player can guarantee it, especially not one on the wrong side of 30 with a history of soft tissue injuries.

He should come back and be an assistant coach for our first AFLW team

Bretts cooked as you stated he has chronic Achilles and Calves.

These are old man injuries for athletes once they rear their head the gig is close to being up.

Once you are getting them regularly you are done.

I reckon any player can correctly guarantee that they might be fit.

Has done his calf again. 8-10 weeks. Poor Lids is cooked.

Shame. He should hang up his boots and come back home. He'd be the perfect inaugural Richmond AFLW coach

That's pretty much season over for Lids - he'll need to play 2-3 games in the ressies at least before being selected for the seniors, taking him pretty much to the finals if the Giants make it. Would they risk him in a final? Doubt it.
