Seriously Tames ?,

If that happens , it proves he is not finals material

I agree with you. I just think he's the sort of player that will thrive at the top level. His best mates are at the saints and north - he hasn't resigned, and has been dropped after reasonable form.

Hope I'm wrong :)

Clearly he has been dropped for Conca, what are you you wishing for ?

Well, I'm wishing whoever plays gets through uninjured. If its conca, I hope that he runs hard and shows some of his glorious tackling.

If its Lennon, I wish to see his reliable marking.

It's the fitness worry for me. Plus I've enjoyed lennons marking & coupla goals.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Stiff getting dropped guess it all comes down to match ups maybe next week Go Tiges !

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Bad luck for the young fella. He'll lift next time he gets a chance.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

It just irks me that players who have played get dropped so quickly when older players are seemingly ok to play. I just hope the match committee know more than we do.

:-\

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Agree ....improving all the time and has the ability to kick 4 or 5, can understand the "structure " changes but this bloke is dead set stiff

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

His time will come. I suspect he is out so we can play 3 key forwards and keep Hansen accountable.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

He's young, he is now playing for a team that has depth, he must realise that his time will come. If he doesn't and leaves then he is not mentally tough enough anyway.

Except he's not a key forward but Hardwick tries to play him as one. Expecting him to contest Hansen in the air who's 2-3 inches taller was stupidity. Same with Lloyd, he's used him as the third "tall" forward before. No reason why he can't stay in because Griffiths is in. 33yo Newman is probably the biggest passenger in the AFL right now. So we'll see how Ben reacts to getting shunted in preference of him when he's clearly the better player.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

Should be in the side on Sunday.
We need his class and goal kicking ability.
