After a slashing game against the Bombers, i'm picking Ben to bounce back this week. He was a bit quiet against Norf but i suspect that might have been because of his Rising Star nomination.
If he can play a similar game against Norf to what he played against the Bombers he will be a real hard match up.

Still had 12 disposals in 3 quarters. Not as quiet as one or two others that seem to get a free pass.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

He's a half a game player atm. That's ok for now but has plenty of hard, hard work ahead.
He remains unsigned and has a lot to prove. This week is his chance to show his worth.
Ideal candidate to be subbed. Tell him to go hard for 3/4s.

Re: Welcome to tiger land Ben Lennon

I read somewhere that he got a corky just after halftime v Essdrugs

If so, it goes some way to explaining his last 6 quarters.

I know Newy has the experience, but I wouldn't mind if he was the sub.
Lloyd is a goal kicker, I hope they back him in.
Ben got a bit more of the ball in the 3rd quarter when the game opened up a bit, His best is better than Newy now so i hope they roll the dice.

I suspect he or Lloyd will make way for the Concreter.

I hope this ain't the case, TBH.
I've been a supporter of Conca but he's been out of the team for a bit and would be worried if he was in the starting 18. And that said, I can't seem him as having a impact as a Sub.

Lennon is named on the field not on the bench. Not sure if that means he plays but would be unusual if he didn't

Youngest, least-experienced bloke in the side dropped for final. The sky is falling.

Shown glimpses for the future but hasn't yet shown he can run out a full game. In a final you need seasoned bodies and experience.
Unlucky but someone has to miss out.

When he's yet to re-sign it's not a great look, sure.

Conca has done nothing for a recall over Ben, and Newman should not get a game over him either.
