Thought he was very good today...has had a good year

Must be playing very well. craig hasn't mentioned houli in a while.

Great game I thought. Some credit to the coaches as Bachar was really poor defensively when he started at Richmond. Has come on in leaps and bounds. That spoil off the leading Adelaide's players chest was a thing of beauty.

Keeps improving all the time... Just wish he'd keep his feet a bit more, goes to ground far too easily

Will start getting some recognition soon. If we win enough games, could be a dark horse for AA half back.

So he should.

I never see him get beat one on one. Elite spoiler. As we know also great offensively.

I do agree that Bachar's contested defensive efforts have lifted a cog this year, although I think he has a bit more to do on that front. Put the ball in his hands and he usually uses it to the team's advantage. I guess i have a couple of nagging doubts about his physical attack on the footy when the heat and pressure is on. nevertheless it's great to see a player continue his development. Not much more a supporter can ask for, I guess.

Against Eagles i was critical of some of his turnovers, today again kicked to the opposition but apart from that played a fine game and just missed out on 1 vote...He's marking is very very good and defensively has improved....

Was in our best today. His ability to defend in the air has gone up another notch.

Great spot Smoker. It certainly has. In the past an over head ball comes in you wait for him to fall over, now you just wait for the fist.

Building an extremely solid season.

Nice game by Bach but!!...he's really got to do something about getting a right foot. Had 2 clangers in a few minutes because he will not kick on his right and has to always get on his left. First time was he took a mark and his momentum had him running to kick on his right where there was plenty of space but he stopped and turned to his left and by then was pressured and his hurried kick went straight to a Crow. Second time he got the running handball and was clear to kick on his right but held on to went to steady and kick on his left and got tackled and was pinged for incorrect disposal.

I still find it staggering that an AFL player CANNOT kick on his opposite foot. Other than this flaw I think he's great.

have a look at the highlights of James Hird kicking on his left, if you have 10 seconds to spare
