Bachar Houli - بشار حولي,

His game wasn't as bad as is being made out. Agree that his major weakness is one-on-ones, and he would be of better value on the wing.

grigg and houli are so bloody soft it annoys the hell out me..are they both scared of going in hard?/ scarred of tackling....
look at the way tuckky..morris..king and cot chin attack the player and the games and houli and grigg just don't do enough...good outside players but sometimes ya gotta show some determination and guts..

there was a goal to better of the ground in that second quarter...houli was in the action and just kinda backed away and stoodd there...no attempt to apply pressure in that situation and betts go an easy goal..

he needs to toughen up

that said i love his personality..love who he is....just wanna see him attack the game more

Soft as butter but marginally better than mcmahon.

Completely towelled by that new guy in a one on one...embarrassing. He does not like the contact at all.

Average footballer, getting free games when before he was playing at bendigo
Anyone else notice that noone else looked at him bar us.

Weak as water. Having him and Griggs dodging contests is really hurting us. Add A Maric and we have too many passengers when he game gets hot.

Too soft, too slow, too one sided. Doesn't defend to the level required of a half back. Can be tried on a wing, but great doubts about whether he's going to improve us to be a top four team.

Maybe he saw a pie wrapper floating past and that caused him tot take his eye off the ball when there wasn't an opponent within 10 metres. Or maybe he just *smile* himself.

He would play better footy on a wing. At the moment opposition clubs know to kick to his man.

The worst 1 on 1 player in the competition. When the ball's in dispute, goes to ground like a pack of dominos.

Once an opposition zeroes in on a weakness, all the clubs know about it. Would be sad if Houli can't adapt his game/be given a role to overcome it as he is one of the sweeter kicks of the ball to play at the club.

I actually think he'll be ok. Quite handy when the side is up and about but struggles a bit when we're under the pump and he's defending more and more 1-1 contests. Of course, it's about how you take him and whether that makes him a downhill skier or not.

With all due respect, I'd be very surprised if Ramadan isn't affecting his preparation and form a fair bit. Yep - acknowledge that he wasn't fantastic before Ramadan either.
