Needs to stop ducking and put his body one the line,
When it's your time you need to do it.

Did it once in the last Q and nearly killed himself.

That was a mark by the way. Came right after he gave off a handball and two Swans took him out so he couldn't run on to receive. Where was our free kick and 50? Amazed that in a game in which we owned the ball we still got fewer free kicks than our interstate opposition. Some clubs get home town calls, we don't.

It was 14 free kicks a piece though, so the Swans didn't get more frees. I felt Sydney copped the short end of the stick for free kicks though.

That may just be me though.

I thought they did as well to be honest.

Thought Houli did some good work. Put his body on the line in a few places, delivered the ball well when he had it. Didn't have a game that would set the world on fire.

Had his hands full with Jetta. Houli, Conca, & Newman were all poor tonight.
Yeah sad to say but I think Heppell made we wonder if we'd gone the right choice. Early days though.

Heppell is definitely an elite user of the ball, but didnt think it was one of his better games tonight.

Thought Dae Conca & No.17 were all very poor in the back half.

Definitely not. Although mysteriously the summary on RFC website says Heppell one of Essendon's best :confused

Jason Cloke MkII is Heppell. Squib of the highest order.

Would rather Conca on a bad day.

Thought Houli froze last night on the big stage against his old team. Wasn't involved as much as normally and when he was he uncharacteristically turned it over a few times. Defensively he wasn't up to it either. Has done credits in the bank though.
