Keeps improving. He put it on the line a couple of times last weekend when I was sure he'd turn it up. He is addressing the major weakness in his game.

But Houli has been superb. The one thing that suprised me the most is his pace with ball in hand. One of those long striders who don't look like they are moving but just eats up the turf. And his kicking is first rate, quick through the air.
I questioned his hardness when it was his turn to go in early games (ie vs Hawthorn) on this forum.
He says in that article on RFC website that his confidence was down early - fair enough.
Certainly his confidence from approx round 6 onwards improved markedly and he closed the gap on that issue of courage.
He is an elite kick of the ball - gee it feels good to write that about a Tiger - and all in all has had a cracking year.

One of the few who improved as the season wore on. Should be rewarded with a top 5-6 finish in the b&f.
I think we forget sometimes that he is still a relatively young player , certainly in terms of games played . His best footy should still be ahead of him.

Just shows what confidence can do for a player.
Have the confidence of the coaching staff and the fear of failure slowly gets eroded, allowing you to take more risks and therefore exhibit your natural talents.
As pretty much everyone else has said, he has been a great pickup for us....I am pleased his lunch with Hird didn't sway him into staying.
