Bachar Houli - بشار حولي,

Sorry, I should have made that clearer, I didn't rate his game as glowing.

I have him easily in the 22, but also easily replaced - that's all. When push comes to shove, I think the club sees it that same.

Well you’d be about the only one who didn’t appreciate another great performance from him. Your loss.
As for the club seeing things the same way as you about him being easily replaced...... I’m totally gobsmacked and don’t know how to respond to that.

Last year the club was late to offer him a 1 year contract (it was done in the preseason with Grigg) this year he has yet to be offered a contract for 2020.
Yeah..nah. The timing and duration of his contract doesn’t make him “easily replaceable”. If he’s easily replaceable he’d have been ....easily replaced. But he hasn’t, he hasn’t been replaced since...geez, I can’t remember when he was last dropped.

It is true, detractors will focus too heavily on the mistakes, equally the brightsiders will be inclined not to listen to alternate points of view.

Don't agree. Brigjtsiders by their nature will listen to all points of view. But some points of view are just clearly wrong.

Good point. A few years ago I thought Short was gonna replace him. Still waiting... He was so dominant in the 2017 GF and hasn't dropped off since.

His last six weeks have been good. His first half of the season was overrated by punters easily deceived by quantity vs quality of possessions. Retain my view he is bottom six of best 22. Think of it like this, he is never going to be one of our 6 fwds, or the 3 tall backs, or the starting centre square 4, or the ruck and inside mid interchange rotation, that’s fourteen, so he is competing for wing, hbf , bp, and two interchange spots and In those positions at least Vlas and Shed get picked before him and probably a fit Ross.

Gawn and Grundy only get picked for ruck.
Think your logic falls down right there.
Houli is a huge part of our game plan and winning formula

Bit bizarre, hey.
Rance wouldnt get picked as a forward, or as a ruck, or as a mid, I wouldnt pick him to be our no1 running half back flank, so that only leaves 6 positions he could be picked, therefor he is in our bottom 6.
Astbury must be in our bottom 2 as he would only be picked as a tall defender.

Haha classic Gene. Simmons actually just signed a 240 mil contract extension. Is our highest paid sports star.

Firstly i can't stand basketball.
How hard is it for a 210cm person to jumper another 120 cm to throw a ball in bucket.
Secondly he barracks foe Essendon.
No intrest.

Mark Leishman is a different story.
To have the concentration to play for 4 days and hit a ping pong ball in a small hole from 350 yards away.
Plus he is a proud RFC supporter.

I don't think easily replaced. We've struggled to fill that running half back flank role and we've had a few run through the position. Stack has shown he can be the man but the clubs seems to prefer him forward. Even been trying Baker which is not really the ideal. C Ellis, B Ellis, KMac, Menadue, many more all tried for the role. Houli again received votes in the coaches award, from BOTH coaches. Has had a corker of a year has Houli.

Lynch can only play full forward so clearly the least valuable guy picked.

Very good golfer is Leishman, even better that he follows the Tiges
