Bachar Houli - بشار حولي,

One his best games. He and Vlaustihn were just impenetrable this week. Both are very level headed.

ROBBO'S DISLIKE No.5: ACTING OR NOT?

Bachar Houli found himself in the abyss on Saturday night.

Full of courage to go back with the flight of the ball just before halftime, he was marginally touched as Caleb Daniel tried to spoil. Houli went to ground and put his hands close to his head to either accentuate the contact or trying to claim the mark.

Only Houli knows which one.

As for the free kick for high contact, Seven commentator Cameron Ling was unconvinced. “We see that a million times a game and they’re not paid,’’ Ling said.

Thats pathetic by Robbo.

He clearly struggled to fill his column this week.

He did get flicked so it had to be a free, nothing wrong with making sure you sell it. Did he have Pendles in there last week for milking the free with the head throw back against the dons in the last qtr?

The Bulldogs player lightly touched his face and as Bachar had flinched he messed up the mark and pulled a Pendlbury, Collingwood get away with this 10 times a week so why single out Bachar.

Unfortumatly Bachar is soft in the contest so he even flinches at light contact and he is too old to change his ways.

That being said he brings other attributes to his game like his run and long kicking which normally negate his lack of hardness at the contest.

Against Melbourne he was amazing against the Bulldogs mediocre.

He got hit on the nose. That hurts more then a clip on the head.
Robbo is still sucking down his 43rd hotdog

He copped a full drive by cotton budding and went down flailing like the last rhinoceros. Disguised the fact that he dropped the second grab at the mark because he was worried about a potential cotton budding.

That was a free every day of the week. He got hit above the shoulder. Doesn’t matter how hard it is,mits a free. All Bachar did was what a smart player does and make sure that the umpire saw it.

Did this warrant comment by anyone else other than Blobbo?, I read it and had to think very very hard what he was referring to. Slow news week.

Yeah right. He got his beard fanned at the 25min mark in the second quarter and went into the rooms for stiches at the 15min mark of the last quarter.

Ling was bagging every Richmond free and non Bulldogs free all night. And then kept hanging on and repeating the same incident over and over. It was pathetic.

Seem to recall him wondering why Grimes didn't get a holding decision in a marking contest and replaying it as well.
