Was understandably pretty rusty early, but got better as the game went on.

Fumbled a lot more than usual. But yes he did get better. And I’m very pleased to see him back. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him rested for the next game.

Both teams fumbled a lot, it was very humid in there and it looked like the ball was a piece of soap for most of the game. Stupid closed roof.

Think Basher is an important player for us

Was rusty first game back which isn't unexpected

Not convinced that playing him after a four day break is a good idea

Bachar, Shedda, Stack are going to provide so much creative rebound footy, should be fun to watch. All counteracted by 'Down The Line' Dave of course ;D

He's a very important piece of our game plan. We need to win another premiership or two before he retires.

I thought Astbury had a good game on Saturday.

He helped Grimes out a fair bit. Was played as the spare down back.

Far better game from Bachar this week got involved with a lot of forward movement, still not great one on one but he makes up for it in other areas.

Keep it up Bachar. :) :) :)

I am looking forward to a season or two of Houli and Stack tag-teaming in the backline. A great mentor for Stack.
