Bachar Houli - بشار حولي,

If he get's injured again he should be put on the LTIL. Then retired. We can then move forward with someone else.

Bachar has been criminaly underrated since he came to Richmond.

I disagree, I think he's well-appreciated.

Wait, I agree with the first post now.

I think its a bit premature to pension Bashar off.

2 more flags in him I reckon.

Not saying he's done but the old logic about guys hitting 30 with soft tissue issues, see Lids for example.

May have to go down path of managing Bash.

Bash we only want 15 odd games. All Finals.
No interstate trips.
No back to back games if on 5 day turn around.
And weeks he is not playing he coaches his proteges on how to play his position.
Sort of a mini Hodge role.

Could be a win win.

re old man injuries - hamstrings are a world away from achilles / calves.
Far less to worry about 1 hamstring that has so far taken 3 weeks. not a surprise there

Bash has had numerous hamstring issues hence 3 weeks out for a "slight strain".

Sounds good on paper...but we have two finals on the road in consecutive weeks..what do you do?

It’s a good problem to have when a Norm Smith quality player is available for some, but maybe not all, finals.

Stinker of a game tonight by Bashar short stepped twice and foot skills very ordinary.

First game back so will cut him some slack but will need to lift on Wed night.
