At his presser Yze mentioned there were a few people he wanted to talk to, but then Benny gave him a look and that was the end of that thought bubble.
Point is, if Yze has a few people he wants to bring with him then some of the incumbents will have to go to make way for them.
It might be a shallow pool but it sounds like Yze has a favourite fishing spot.
Gale runs the show. Expect that will continue and there won’t be many changes at all.

End of 2016 and Gale gave everything to support the head coach.

So I suspect Gale will make changes. With Yze's input.
I'd guess the Gale glare was to stop the convo with the media. All appointments will be discussed and made behind closed doors thank you very much.
Dont think Gale is at all comfortable with the assistants judging by what he said in the presser about being unrecognisable.
Despite Hardwick leaving that is down to the assistants.

I do think there will be changes, because with Yze there will be a different mix. To get the best dynamic and skillset of the coaching team.
And also because Mini will probs depart.
But I think Gale will try to get the best setup to support Yze.
Its what he did in 2016.
So he'll do the same.

Hopefully Yze can convince his mate Cam Bruce to join us from the Lions.

Steve Morris?? He has done a really good job with the VFL program, maybe he is ready to step up to a line coaching role.
Whoever they get, they just have to be super hungry/motivated to get the best out of the team.
