Currently at Pies as a development coach.

The obvious place for Ratts for me is to replace Balme.
Dont actually know what Blames title is but he has moved away from direct involvement in the footy side and seems to be just an advisor now.
Remember that Balme was looking at retirement before he came to us.

As for the assistants, this gives us the chance to clear the decks.
If we lose Mini, Rutten, Teague, Clarke and Morris (which may all be likely) then we can get a really clean slate of new coaches.
I really like some of the suggestions here - Barlow, Lappin, Gia, Hansen even Cameron
Lambert to replace Morris at VFL level

Barlow as Midfield coach replacing McQualter
Giansiracusa as Defense coach replacing Rutten
Lappin as Forward coach replacing Teague (?)
Lambert as Stoppage coach/Midfield Assistant replacing Clarke.

Don't disregard the possibility that Mini will stay on. He is very measured and well organised. In a few days he will be approached and I hope he says yes. He and Easy seem similar types and well able to cope one, with the other. Both well gifted with complimentary skills.

Otherwise keep Rutten, Lambert, plus X and Ivan Maric.
If there is a possibility of getting Shedda we should do so..
If available Cotch to replace Lambert as the primary development coach.

As I have SFA idea who would make a great assitant and the right people to create the correct chemistry to be successful, I’m not at all fussed who we go with to assist the Oooooze .

Just on Ratten , spoke with a previous AFL coach about him not to long ago , he said that Ratts would be the nicest and most popular bloke in footy , however thought it was his niceness that made him NQR for a head coach role

I think assistants are different Aussie Brian Taylor.
The coach was chosen in 2016 years before.
But assistants arent decided until 2026.
We will just have floating rotating temporary assistants until then.
