Andrew 'Mini' McQualter

There was no chance of a new game plan mid season. You’re stretching things here. It was only small tweaks possible and getting players to suggest only promotes buy in and ownership.
But I get you. Mini needs to go through the process and I’d be setting some key criteria for assessment across all prospects such as list structure, future strategy, game plan adaptation etc. As mini is custodian of a

The “Ferrari” being brought one was a spark I feel.

Gets to start on the field next week.

We nearly lost it with some inept goal kicking.

Sides struggle to halt momentum.

Mini is worth keeping eh! Takes off a tall back and brings on a quick small. Don't know if Dimma would have done it?

This kid knows how to manufacture a win from behind. He's certainly not doing his chances any harm with games like this.

The only problem I have is we struggle to put 4 qtrs of footy and play in bursts and better teams will blow you away.

Interesting decision the clubs got to make , it appears the boys are playing for Mini , which is a huge tick , without giving Mini an entire pre season as well as a key forward it’s impossible to know what tweaks hell add.

in Benny we trust

I’m thoroughly impressed by Mini. A Richmond man, but seems a modern coach who won’t be afraid to make changes. Terrific speaker and deserves a 3 yr contract on what I’ve seen. If I was Freo, I’d look at replacing JL with Mini and implementing our attacking style.
Mini will get to fully own the team at the end of the year when pre season starts and also with a couple of influential old fellas moving on. Get Lynch/Gibscus back and hopefully develop the potential diamonds in Banks/Coulthard, some good recruits and we are in the flag race.

Funny how it works.
Have 5 (out of the 6) close wins under Minneapolis.
Couldn't buy a close win under Dimma.
Especially post 2020.
Don't know if he will get the gig but I'm loving these close wins.

Great day at The G today.
Normally sit in lvl 3.
Last few weeks been walking down to lvl 1 and just standing in the concourse.
Every time I've done it, we win.

Did last year in Titch's 300th v Bris.
This year Aints, Syd a Knee and Hawks.
Hugging strangers. Some guy nearly had me in a headlock. It's a beautiful thing.
Go Tiges!

How can it possibly be that a senior player calls aeeti g to discuss strategies for various tight finish scenarios.
In the article it said Dion put his hand up to run it. Article is a bit contradictory.
Seems like the coaches got a player (Dion) to run the drills/meeting
