Hi Alex,

Love your attitude, improvement, bravery this year, and apparantly you are also a great clubman too.

Just one tip. Think of a soccer goalie.
When you are the full back, there is no-one behind you.
So when you charge the pack to punch away, please do not let it get behind you.

As solid as a rock once more. Keep it up Alex. You are doing a fantastic job.
 
He's really starting to trust himself to read the play and attack.
Just what we need from our defenders.
 
Had the better of Goodes again. His strength for me is his ability to keep his feet and enable himself to then create the attack out of the backline.
 
His development has been amazing. Now pretty adept at shutting down an opponent but his most valuable asset is run and carry. Works so hard.

Crazy to say but he has the tools to be an AA defender down the track but it won't be until Richmond start winning more games or else he won't get the recognition. Same with Lids. Rance has been one of our best all year, even in all the losses.

The B&F should be 1. Cotchin, 2. Deledio/Rance 3. Rance/Deledio

That was silly of me to agree. Wasn't my original suggestion though. ;D

I never rated high too highly though before this year. Proven me wrong as he has many others.
